The area
The Raiwind Road corridor is where the city goes when the guest list outgrows every hall in it. Acres of open lawn, long approach drives and the kind of horizon that makes a thousand-person wedding feel intimate rather than industrial.
The trade is that the venue gives you space and almost nothing else. Power capacity ranges from adequate to entirely theoretical, kitchens are frequently non-existent, and the difference between two neighbouring estates can be enormous.

Our experience here
Every Raiwind commission our team takes begins with a physical survey: power, water, drainage, access width, mobile signal and how far the nearest hospital is. Nothing about an estate can be assumed from photographs.
From there we build the event as a temporary settlement — kitchen, lighting, sanitation, shelter, parking, wayfinding — run it for a night, and take all of it away again before morning.
