The area
Gulberg is the commercial and social centre of Lahore, and celebrations here take their tone from that. Guest lists lean professional as often as familial; the dress code is a little sharper; evenings tend to start and finish earlier than in the outer societies.
It is also the most physically constrained part of the city to work in. Load-in windows are measured in minutes rather than hours, service lifts are shared with the venue's own operations, and the street outside will not tolerate three trucks standing through an afternoon.

Our experience here
Our team plans Gulberg builds backwards from the venue's access constraints. Sets are fabricated and pre-assembled at our Green Acres workshop and arrive as finished modules, sized against the service lift before anything is cut.
The same discipline applies at the other end of the night. When a venue has another function loading in the next morning, the strike is rehearsed as carefully as the build.

Gulberg rooms already have architecture. The work is editing rather than adding — a controlled palette, sculptural floral instead of volume, and lighting that flatters the room's own detailing rather than papering over it.

A programme that starts when the invitation says it will, a room that is finished before the first guest is in the lobby, and a supplier who talks to the venue's banqueting manager without needing the client in the middle.
